If you are a non-US, non-Indian passport holder, please contact us to confirm your donation can be accepted under applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

IEF's educational programs serve children in Tamil Nadu, India. However, this website is intended for adults — donors, supporters, volunteers, and partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us through this website, please contact us immediately at info@ief-global.org and we will promptly delete the information.

8. Cookies and Analytics

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may use technically necessary cookies for security and performance. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other behavioral tracking or advertising technology. No personal data is sold to or shared with advertisers.

9. Data Retention

We retain donor records for a minimum of seven (7) years as required by IRS regulations for 501(c)(3) organizations. Contact information used for communications will be retained until you request removal. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
